These Terms of Service govern your use of my-money.ai. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using my-money.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3. Free and Pro Plans
my-money.ai offers a Free plan and a Pro plan ($39.99/year). The Free plan includes up to 10 accounts and 100 transactions per month. The Pro plan includes unlimited accounts, unlimited transactions, AI-powered features, and Plaid account connections (additional fees: $4 per account setup + $1/month per connected account).
4. Billing and Cancellation
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use my-money.ai for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful code, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell or redistribute our services without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of my-money.ai are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your financial data.
7. Limitation of Liability
my-money.ai is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information provided by our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
